News: Seven PSP games and three PSone Classics coming soon to a PSN near you.

Capcom has really embraced this whole digital distribution thing. And after achieving massive success on the Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and Wii Shop Channel, they've shown no signs of slowing down. Case in point: yesterday's announcement on the Capcom-Unity blog that the company will be bringing more classic PSone and PSP games to the PlayStation Store.

Seven PSP titles and three PSone classics will get the downloadable treatment including Resident Evil 2 & 3 and both Mega Man games on the PSP. The full list of future downloadables includes:

PSP Full Game Downloads
  • Capcom Classics Collection Reloaded
  • Mega Man Powered Up
  • Mega Man Maverick Hunter X
  • Power Stone Collection
  • Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower
  • Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max
  • Capcom Puzzle World

    PSone Classics
  • Dino Crisis
  • Resident Evil 2
  • Resident Evil 3: Nemesis

No release date or pricing information was announced for the ten titles, but I'm going to go out on a limb and bet they'll be released on a Thursday.

    We'll have more soon.
