A ton major announcements have begun to trickle in from the GamesCom 2009 event in Cologne, Germany. In case you missed it, here's a rundown of the latest news and announcements...

The Beatle: Rock Band DLC Detailed
1,000 Songs on Rock Band Store by Christmas

Harmonix has used the GamesCom event to talk about the upcoming downloadable albums, Abbey Road, Sgt. Pepper's and Rubber Soul, for The Beatles: Rock Band. They've also revealed that 200 songs will be added to the Rock Band Store during the next four months.

Namco Bandai Publishing Clash of the Titans
Brash may be dead, but Namco Bandai has ensured you'll still be able to challenge the gods in the Game Republic-developed Clash of the Titans next year.



Namco Bandai Announces Majin: The Fallen Realm
Namco Bandai has another game in development with Game Republic, a co-op action game titled Majin.

Napoleon: Total War Announced
The Creative Assembly brings a "story-driven" campaign to the Total War franchise with this tale of the rise and fall of Napoleon Bonaparte.

Band Hero Detailed
Activision has revealed some new details on their other Guitar Hero game, the family-friendly Band Hero.
