News: Sam Fisher's next adventure finally has a release date.

After years of delays, Ubisoft has announced what (we hope) will be the final release date for Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction. The Ubisoft Montreal-developed game is now scheduled to be released for the PC and Xbox 360 on February 23, 2010. The game was originally scheduled to be released on November 16, 2007 and has gone through a variety of missed release dates since then. Hopefully this time it sticks.

However, unlike those other release dates, Ubisoft announced this one in style at the Tokyo Game Show with a brand new trailer. Check it out below...

We'll have more on Sam Fisher's fugitive adventures soon.
