News: The Fall gaming season is in full swing and we have a new release date calendar ready to go.
September is over, but three more months (and dozens of games) are still on tap for the rest of the year. And in the past month, only one game, Sega's Alpha Protocol, has been delayed into 2010. That sounds like progress to me.
So when planning your game budget for the rest of the year, this list of upcoming releases for all of the major platforms is a good way to get a handle on what's coming out soon. It's not a complete list, but I'll keep it updated it as often as I can. More release dates can be found on the New & Future Video Game Releases page at Amazon.
Thankfully, more and more games that used to be tagged with a "TBA 2009" release date are falling into place. Including New Super Mario Bros. Wii, the first 2D Mario platformer to be released on a home console in almost 20 years. It's coming November 15 with more games (and their release dates) listed below.
