News: Kratos is coming and in the end, there will be only chaos.

Sony has had God of War III penciled in for a March 2010 release for close to a year now. But now Sony has officially announced what day in March gamers will be able to get their hands on Kratos' fourth adventure. According to the PlayStation.Blog, the Sony Santa Monica-developed game will be released exclusively for the PlayStation 3 on March 16.

In honor of God of War III's release, Sony has also announced they will be hacking $10 off the price of God of War Collection. The PS3 compilation of the first two God of War games can now be had for $29.99.

And finally, Sony says we'll get our next look at God of War III during the February 11 episode of GameTrailers TV. On that date, the Spike TV video game show will see the exclusive debut of the game's next trailer.
