News: The MadWorld and Bayonetta developers reveal their fourth project.

As promised, Platinum Games revealed their latest project on GameTrailers TV last night. Developed by Resident Evil mastermind Shinja Mikami, the game will be known as Vanquish and feature an American-led anti-terrorist squad in the near future.

No platforms or release dates were announced, but the debut trailer does give us a hint as to what Vanquish is all about (even though there's no gameplay footage). Vanquish will star a futuristic soldier clad in power armor that makes him look like a cross between the Master Chief, Iron Man and a stormtrooper. The soldier also does battle with a Star Wars-style two-legged walker before getting blown up real good.
