News: Absolutely, positively not says Bungie.

Bungie has posted their latest Weekly Update on the development of Halo: Reach and they want everyone to know that the game will not use Natal controls in any way. End of story.

Quoth Bungie:

Myth: Reach is being built for Natal!

Truth: Halo: Reach is NOT a Natal title and is being developed expressly with the traditional Xbox 360 controller in mind.

The question was part of a longer section titled Halo: Reach Mythbusters where the developer responds to some of the crazed rantings of the Halo community.

In addition to the confirmation that Natal will no how, no way be a part of Halo: Reach, the team at Bungie also revealed some new backstory tidbits about NOBLE Team and posted some audio snippets of various weapons.

Be sure to check out the full Weekly Update for all the latest on all things Bungie. We'll have more on Halo: Reach soon.
