Ferrari DLC pack coming to Need For Speed: Shift @ Gaming Target

Electronic Arts has announced that Ferraris will be returning to the Need For Speed series for the first time since Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 thanks to the Ferrari Racing Series DLC for Need For Speed: Shift. The content pack will be available to download exclusively on the Xbox Live Marketplace starting next Tuesday, February 16. It will be priced at 800 Microsoft Points or $10 for those who'd prefer real world dollar values.

The DLC package will include 46 new challenges in Shift's Career Mode specifically designed for the Ferraris. These new challenges will include Hot Laps, Eliminators, Endurance Races and a new series for the World Tour. As is customary with new DLC like this, the Ferrari Racing Series will give gamers the opportunity to add 125 Achievement Points to their Gamerscore.
