News: Jigsaw is back for more creative killing.
Konami and developer Zombie Studios have announced they're scaring up Saw II on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this Fall.
Once again, Saw II will place players into a side story that takes place outside the movie continuity, this time between the second and third movie. Konami has promised "all-new stomach-twisting traps and puzzles" and "more visceral combat" in a story that involves Detective Tapp's son Michael:
Detective Tapp's estranged son Michael [...] is trying to understand his father's death. Through a series of seemingly unconnected events, Michael finds himself facing the man responsible for his Father's demise: Jigsaw. As the game progresses, players will face mind-bending puzzles, as they navigate their way through Jigsaw's terrifying world, and defend themselves against his minions. In order to make it through Jigsaw's games, players must use their intelligence and desire to live in order to survive.
