News: Will it be a Need For Speed game? We think so...

Criterion is hard at work on the next game in the Need For Speed series. Probably.

While the game hasn't been officially announced yet, executives at Electronic Arts have been talking up the next entry in the popular racing series pretty regularly. And they're especially proud of Criterion's involvement.

Now, it looks like the game will be making its worldwide debut at this year's E3 expo. At least, if we've decoded the latest tweet from Criterion correctly:

Soon...........all will be revealed........in the City of Angels.......!

While they don't come right out and say "The next Need For Speed game will be revealed at E3", that's all Criterion is confirmed to be working on right now. So it's the safe bet.

We'll have more soon.
