News: Will Sony finally admit it's in the works?

Whoops! Someone else has accidentally spilled the beans about LittleBigPlanet 2 being in development. And Sony can't blame it on a mistranslated interview with one of their European executives.

This time, Game Informer is the one letting the cat out of the bag by revealing their June issue will include a "huge feature article" on the game. More embarassing for Sony is that it looks like the LittleBigPlanet 2 reveal will play second fiddle to a massive preview of Gears of War 3 in the issue. News of a big sequel is leaked for all the world to see and it's just a throw-in blurb at the bottom of an article about an Xbox 360 game.

Nothing else about the game was revealed in this preview of a preview, but everyone will obviously learn more about LittleBigPlanet 2 in the next issue of Game Informer or at E3.

We'll have more soon.
