News: Play the classic game in HD in 2011.
Ubisoft held their "Digital Days" media event last night and revealed that Beyond Good & Evil will be coming to the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade as Beyond Good & Evil HD.
Developed by Rayman creator Michel Ancel, Beyond Good & Evil was originally released in 2003 on the GameCube, PC, PS2 and Xbox to almost universal acclaim. The PSN and XBLA version will be identical to the original release, but it'll also include 1080p high definition graphics.
The game stars Jade, a young photojournalist in who lives on a far flung planet overrun with alien invaders known as the DomZ. Using all her skills, Jade aids the resistance to take her planet back.
Beyond Good & Evil was often referred to as "Zelda for adults," but gamers of all ages will be able to see what all the fuss is about when Beyond Good & Evil HD is released sometime in 2011.
