News: Let the bad Wet puns about Eliza Dushku recommence!
Artificial Mind & Movement (more commonly known as A2M) is no more. Don't worry, the developer hasn't gone bankrupt, but they have changed their name to Behaviour Interactive.
The new name is a bit of a rebirth for the Behaviour, as the company originally went by the moniker back when they first formed in the 90s.
"We are and will always strive to be the best and most trusted independent game development studio in the industry," said Rщmi Racine, CEO, Behaviour. "The change in name is not only a return to our previous name but also an indicator of the evolution of the company. We have developed a strong reputation as a high-quality work-for-hire studio as well as a creator of our own original content and will continue to pursue both sides of the business. The new name reflects the renaissance of the company."
In addition to the name change, Behaviour has revealed that they're hard at work on a wide variety of new games, including sequels to their two latest original works. Deep breath now... Beahviour is working on:
Wet 2 (multiplatform)
Naughty Bear 2 (multiplatform)
Doritos Crash Course (XBLA)
Rango (multiplatform), which was announced by EA and Paramount Digital Entertainment on November 4
A Facebook game to be launched in November
A Casual MMO to be launched early next year
Unannounced games for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, DS, Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network, next generation handhelds
No other details on any of these titles was revealed, but the future is looking very bright for Behaviour.
