News: This trailer will be enough to make you lose your mind.

The Spike TV Video Game Awards were held last night and once again the awards themselves took a back seat to the wide variety of "World Premiere Trailers" that debuted during the show.

Guillermo Del Toro assured gamers that all would be revealed about his alliance with THQ and Volition very soon. That day was yesterday as the first trailer for Insane scared viewers of the Video Game Awards. Coming in 2013, the trailer is short on details but high on the creep factor as the Lovecraftian influences that Del Toro previously mentioned literally slither across the title.
