News: More 8-bit goodness for the GBA from Nintendo.
After the success of the NES Classic Series on both sides of the Pacific, Nintendo is going back to the vault for a second wave of NES Classics in North America.
Featuring only four titles, as opposed to the eight to ten usually featured in the Japanese releases, the second U.S. set includes pieces from the second and third Japanese sets. On October 25 gamers will be able to pick up Dr. Mario, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, Metroid and Castevania for $19.99 each. Other games that have been released in Japan that missed the cut include Wrecking Crew, Dig Dug, Ghosts 'n Goblins, Kid Icarus, Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels and various Japan-only releases.
Naturally, we'll keep you posted.
