News: Midway Arcade Treasures 3 will feature 8 arcade racing classics.
In what is turning into a yearly event, Midway has announced that another Midway Arcade Treasures collection is in the works. Scheduled for a Fall 2005 release on the PS2, Xbox and GameCube, MAT3 will include eight classics from Midway's garage of racing titles. They are:
Badlands
Hydro Thunder
Off Road Thunder: Mud, Sweat 'N Gears
Race Drivin'
San Francisco Rush The Rock: Alcatraz Edition
San Francisco Rush 2049
S.T.U.N. Runner
Super Off Road & Bonus Tracks Pack
As before, the collection will carry a budget price of $19.99. Development duties for this latest collection are being handled internally at Midway even though Digital Eclipse developed the first two sets. Xbox gamers will also be happy to know that they will be able to post their high scores to Xbox Live.
