News: Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll is coming to America.
Sega has revealed that the latest edition of the popular Super Monkey Ball series, Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll, will be rolling onto American DSes soon.
"Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll offers bite-sized gameplay that's perfect for handheld gaming," said Scott A. Steinberg, Vice President of Marketing, SEGA of America. "The Nintendo DS touch screen allows for fluid, pin-point control, making this an ideal platform for the series."
Players will be able to control the monkeying around with either the control pad or the stylus. Ten worlds and over 50 new stages populate the game's Challenge Mode and six games dot the single or multiplayer Party Mode.
Returning favorites Monkey Fight, Monkey Mini Golf, Monkey Race and Monkey Bowling are back in Touch & Roll. New to the series will be Monkey Hockey and Monkey Wars. I guess "Monkey Knife Fight" will have to wait for the next game.
Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll is scheduled to ship next March. We'll have more soon.
