News: I love reading the word "anthology" in the morning.
Capcom has announced that they are bringing a compilation of all eight original Mega Man games to the GameCube and PS2 to comemorate the blue bomber's 15th anniversary.
The game will be called Mega Man Anniversary Collection and it will include the six Mega Man games originally released for the NES, the Super NES Mega Man 7 and the PSone and Saturn released Mega Man 8. The set will also include the previously Japan-only arcade games Mega Man Power Battle and Mega Man 2: Power Fighters.
The set also includes a ton of unlockable bonus material ranging from 30 minutes of anime, producer interviews, footage from the original TV commercials, and a history of the series.
With all of these games on one disc I think it's time to finally settle once and for all which one is the best. My vote goes for Mega Man III, man I loved that game.
Mega Man Anniversary Collection is currently scheduled to ship in February next year.
