News: Crockett and Tubbs in your pocket.
A few years back, Davilex developed a Miami Vice game for the PS2 and Xbox that was so poorly reviewed it never left England. But with a new movie comes a new chance as VU Games this morning announced that a new Miami Vice game is in development for the PSP.
Based on this summer's movie starring Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx, Miami Vice PSP transports the action out of the 80s and into the present day. The third-person adventure game will serve as a prequel to the movie's storyline of, what else, undercover agents going after drug dealers in Miami.
Players will have the chance to play as both Tubbs and Crockett, or they can fire up a wireless connection for two-player co-op play. Other features include:
The Miami Vice Experience - Play as undercover cops Crockett and Tubbs in the notorious world of Miami Vice -- the mansions, the money, and the mayhem -- set in present-day Miami
Designed Exclusively for the PSP System - Experience cutting-edge motion capture, highly-detailed environments, and lighting effects inspired by the film created to maximize the technology of the PSP system
Cooperative Play - Play as partners with wireless action
