The trailer for the "world's first black and white game" is now online at Nibris.net.
The trailer to the Wii exclusve can be reached by going to the Nibris home page, hitting Projects, selecting Sadness and then scrolling all the way to the bottom of the description.
Nibris has also released a bunch of screenshots from the trailer, which can be found here, and unless it's an "interactive movie" I don't see a gameplay shot among them.
