Trauma Center: Second Opinion

Written by John Scalzo  on June 28, 2006

News: The surgical sim gets a second opinion.

Trauma Center: Under the Knife sold through most of its initial shipment very quickly and then Atlus said 'no mas'. Sure, you might still see a random copy floating around, but officially, no more copies were being shipped.

So it's great news that Atlus has announced they are re-releasing the rare and rocking game at the end of July.

"The continued demand for Trauma Center: Under the Knife is both gratifying and overwhelming," said Jim Ireton, VP of Sales and Marketing for Atlus U.S.A., Inc. "We apologize to Nintendo fans who've had a tough time finding the game, and we hope this scratches their surgical itch until we ship Trauma Center: Second Opinion for the Wii later this year."

So if you've been scouring store shelves (or contemplating paying $60+ on eBay) to no avail, check out your favorite game retailer next month.
