News: Namco Bandai's sky surfing/mech combat hybrid game returns.
Namco Bandai has announced that the second game is their prequel series to the Eureka Seven anime is coming to the PS2 in Spring 2007. The game, titled Eureka Seven Volume 2: The New Vision, will continue the mecha combat and sky surfing of the first game.
Namco Bandai also revealed a little about the storyline and said it will unfold something like this:
After abandoning the corrupt military and becoming a professional lifter, Sumner Sturgeon has become disenchanted with the life of an air sport athlete. Fate intervenes when his lost love returns and enlists his help to discover and stop the creation of the dangerous CFS (Compact Feedback System).
