News: The Boise State quarterback goes for the big time.
EA Sports has announced the first details of NCAA Football 08, including the newest cover athlete.
Jared Zabransky of Boise State University will be the new face of NCAA Football. Don't know who Jared Zabransky is? Well, he led Boise State to two straight undefeated seasons and he was the MVP of the Fiesta Bowl after a 43-42 overtime win against Oklahoma. According to EA, some call it "one of the most exhilarating games in college football history."
"This has been a magical season for me and seeing my face on the cover of NCAA Football 08 is yet another unforgettable moment in what has already been a great year," said Zabransky. "This video game truly embodies the spirit of college football and I'm very proud to be a part of it."
NCAA Football will once again undergo various tweaks and updates. The 08 edition will include something called Leadership Control, which will allow great players to raise the ratings of their teammates after a big play. It will also feature "a new and deeper recruiting system and an all-new Campus Legend mode."
NCAA Football 08 will be coming to the Xbox, Xbox 360, PS2 and PS3 this Summer.
