News: Everyone's favorite (only?) video game lawyer is back on the case.

Capcom has no plans to object to the further adventures of Phoenix Wright as the company announced Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations will be coming to the DS this September.

УAce Attorney has developed an avid, devoted fan base in both Japan and North America,Ф said Jack Symon, director, brand marketing, Capcom Entertainment. УTrials and Tribulations is being brought to North America due to the strong demand from fans for another epic courtroom battle.Ф

Capcom promises that Trials and Tribulations will be the end of the Phoenix Wright trilogy. Japan recently received the fourth "Ace Attorney" game, but it focuses on a different lawyer.

This time around, Phoenix will clash with the "mysterious and hard-boiled" Godot, who will be the "toughest prosecutor yet." The story will feature the same twists and turns the Phoenix Wright series is known for and the gameplay will include evidence collection, crime scene investigation and the return of the pysche-lock interrogation tool.

We'll have more on Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations soon, unless you object of course.
