News: Online multiplayer is coming to the series for the first time.
Sega has announced that the Xbox 360 version of Virtua Fighter 5, currently scheduled for release this fall, will bring the series online for the first time.
An Xbox Live Versus Mode is not the only thing being added to the 360's version of VF5. Other improvements include:
Game based on the latest arcade revision.
Vibration support.
An improved Quest mode featuring more CPU rivals, items, and emblems for character customisation.
Added features in the DOJO mode including leaderboards, training move settings, improved throw and escape training, and the option to change your opponent's position and recovery type.
