News: John Layman to lend his expertise to the game.
Cryptic Studios have announced they've added veteran comic book writer John Layman to the Marvel Universe Online team as a "Design Writer." Layman has previously played in the Marvel sandbox with writing work on the series' Gambit, House of M: Fantastic Four, and Marvel Zombies vs. Army of Darkness, so he'll bring plenty of experience to the PC and Xbox 360 MMORPG.
"Having a creator like John on our side really demonstrates to our players - present and future - that we strive for authenticity when we bring a universe to life," said Michael Lewis, CEO of Cryptic Studios.
