News: It may be an unplanned leak, but the world is talking about Ninja Gaiden 2 now.

Everyone knows that Ninja Gaiden 2 is in development for the Xbox 360. It's been mentioned by executives at trade shows, appeared on various "unofficial" release lists and Tomonobu Itagaki, Team Ninja's head honcho, has discussed it in countless interviews. But it was never "officially" announced. Until today that is. Sort of.

Earlier today, Microsoft added a Ninja Gaiden 2 profile to the Xbox Japan website. Sadly, the profile was quickly taken down. But not before the great posters at NeoGAF saved the ten juicy screenshots this profile contained.

That's right, the first ten screenshots of Ninja Gaiden 2, available right here by clicking the screen below:

We'll definitely have more about Ninja Gaiden 2 when the Tokyo Game Show rolls around.
