Computer and Video Games has the news that Sega will not be releasing OutRun Online Arcade on the PlayStation Network in America, opting instead for an Xbox Live Arcade-only release. However, it appears that the game will be released on both the PSN and XBLA in Europe.
CVG contacted Sega's UK branch for an explanation, but they declined to comment.
