News: Oh yeah, and Pearl Jam has announced they've partnered with Harmonix to create a Rock Band game featuring only their music.
Pearl Jam has revealed via their official website that a special Pearl Jam edition of Rock Band is in the works. The game will feature live versions of many of Pearl Jam's best known songs, and in fact, the game appears to be tentatively titled Pearl Jame Live: Rock Band. No release date information or which platforms the game will appear on were announced.
However, what was announced was that Pearl Jam Live will feature a setlist voted on by fans, a first for the Rock Band series. Harmonix has teamed up with Rhapsody to create a widget that will allow fans to listen to several different versions of 40 of Pearl Jam's best songs. Fans can then vote for which version they like the best and it "will then be in consideration to make the final Уset listФ for the game." There's no guarantee all 40 songs will be included in the game, but the tracks listed in the widget are definitely the finalists.
