News: The Wii MotionPlus marks a new era of Wii games this week.
The Wii MotionPlus add-on and its bringing with it a ton of new games in this week's release list. While Wii Sports Resort is still a few weeks away, three games are being released this week that make use of the add-on: Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 (also on the PS2, PS3, PSP and Xbox 360) and two tennis games, Grand Slam Tennis and Virtua Tennis 2009 (which is also available for the PS3 and Xbox 360).
Other big releases this week include the open world action game Prototype (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) and the long awaited Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings (DS, PS2, PSP, Wii). But a part of me wonders if we'll ever see the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Staff of Kings. They've been plagued by development problems and are likely gone for good.
Finally, a pair of music games battle it out on the handhelds with Guitar Hero On Tour: Modern Hits coming to the DS and Rock Band Unplugged coming to the PSP.
