News: European Xbox 360 owners, start your importing.

Ghostbusters will be released on June 16 on the DS, PC, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360. But only in America.

In Europe, Sony has purchased the exclusive publishing rights to the game from Atari and the game will only be released on the PS2 and PS3. Thankfully, Destructoid has come to the rescue with news that the Xbox 360 they will be releasing in America will be region free.

Yes, if you live in Europe and are not averse to importing, Ghostbusters on the Xbox 360 can be yours.

Supposedly, Sony only has a timed exclusive to the publishing rights to the game. As such, it will probably not be permanently exclusive to the PlayStation family. Amazon UK lists a November 30 release date for the DS, PC, Wii and Xbox 360 versions.

We'll have more soon.
